ON-SITE JOB SEEKER SERVICES

Job Service Resource Room Hours:                                                                                                                                                       Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.                                                                  Wednesday 7:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.                         

Job Listings - Computers are available for job search activities. Other services include local papers and shoppers, state and county job listings as well as flyers from local employers who are hiring.

Job Search Resources - We have computer tutorials for word processing, spreadsheets, typing, and resume building. Fax machines, phones, printers and copiers are all available for job search purposes. Job seeking videos, books, and pamphlets can be viewed. Professionals are available to assist with resume development.

Workshops - We provide workshops to assist in job preparation and search. See the calendar of events for more information.

Assessments & Testing - We offer career interest and aptitude inventories as well as academic and typing tests.

Recruiting events - Area employers use the Job Center to provide on-site interviewing as needed. This is often advertised in the paper and/or at the Job Center.
